We are looking for an accomplished M&A analyst to support senior members of a team primarily focused on buy-side M&A origination and execution for A&D industry leading corporations and financial sponsors. A competitive candidate will possess:

  • A passion for and experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector

The nature of mandates range from recurrent clients where we are agnostic to buy-side target size, through to involvement on advisory teams as the sector-expert advisor on large and complex cross-border transactions.

What does the job entail?

Primary Analyst of RSAdvisors Federal Government Services & Information Technology proprietary market models, databases, and other sector-specific intellectual property. This position will lead RSAdvisors Federal Government Services market forecasting process and associated models and databases. Additionally, this position will be the primary liaison to our Federal Government Services advisory group which includes former federal government leaders, industry executives, and other market experts.
