Adam regularly serves as a strategic advisor on corporate and division level strategy engagements and also provides M&A due diligence support for transactions within the government services and information technology sector, representing both strategic and financial clients. He has undertaken due diligence assignments across a diverse set of M&A transactions, ranging from less than $5 million to over $10 billion dollars in value.
Prior to RSAdvisors, Adam worked for Lockheed Martin as a participant in the Leadership Development Program (LDP), a program designed to develop Lockheed Martin’s pipeline of future business leaders and talent. After graduation from the program, Adam worked in several areas of the corporation. During his time at Lockheed Martin, some of his roles and responsibilities included program management, strategy, corporate planning, pricing, and capture management. Currently, Adam serves as the chairperson for the Professional Services Council’s Industry Outlook team.
Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
